We design for how this equipment actually gets used. One platform covers a range of applications, so nothing waits on custom engineering. It survives transport and repeated deployment, and it shows up when the job needs it.
Switchboard assembly
Complete portable switchboard assemblies. We build the unit: listed interiors, enclosure, bus, terminations, and skid, assembled and finished to the UL standards that apply to the product.
Enclosures and structure
Outdoor-rated enclosures, doors, skids, brackets, and mounting plates in steel and aluminum, finished in powder coat for weather and repeated handling.
Bus and terminations
Copper bus and termination layouts arranged for how the equipment gets connected in the field, with cam lock and lug positions set by the application.
Design
3D CAD and layout for the complete assembly. Drawings, bills of material, and documentation packages to support site review.
Standards
Equipment is designed and built to the standards that apply to the product: UL 891 for switchboards, UL 1640 for portable power distribution equipment, and UL 50 and 50E for enclosures, including outdoor Type 3R construction.
