Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how R&D PWR LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as R&D Power ("R&D Power", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with www.rdpower.net (the "Site") and communications with us about it.
What we collect
We collect very little. The Site does not sell products, does not offer user accounts, and does not process payments.
Information you send us. If you submit the contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server log information when the Site is accessed, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is used to operate and secure the Site.
Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Google's handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.
What we do not do
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on the Site. We do not use tracking pixels, web beacons, or third-party advertising technology. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, and we have not done so.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, to provide quotations, documentation, and product information you have requested, and to carry on the resulting business relationship. We use technical information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
When we disclose it
We disclose personal information only to service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, and email, and only so they can perform those functions. We may also disclose information where required to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, our users, or others. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Retention
We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed for the business purpose for which they were collected, and thereafter as required for legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on its standard schedule.

We use reasonable measures to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to appeal a decision if we decline a request. Children
The Site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative, and your information will be processed in the United States.
